Usability testing is an essential interaction in understanding user task design.  Why is this important.  A website is meant to convey information that is helpful and usable.  If a website is designed in such a way that it appears to be intuitive it may not be.  User technology and usability testing can help determine what the user really needs as well as how the user will find and use the information.

Bristolarts does not approach a project without first understanding who the target audience is, from there we begin researching and developing tasks that will help build the platform for a good architecture.
