Workflow is a driver in organizing information as well as user task design. A workflow encapsulates knowledge and how it is captured and discovered. When conducting user research it is imperative to define how the users create, use and re-purpose that knowledge. Bristolarts defines the knowledge within an organization in order for the organization to capture and re-purpose it. This can be done in many ways including building a taxonomy or ontology.
